Who we are

Eskale d’Armor is a local public company set up in January 2021 by the Côtes d’Armor Department and the town of Perros-Guirec. It will serve the Côtes d’Armor region and the development of its maritime economy. Its main mission is to gradually take over the management of the department’s 14 marinas as current concessions come to an end.

In 2023, Eskale d’Armor will manage the ports of Binic, Paimpol, Tréguier, Pontrieux and the Portrieux in Saint-Quay-Portrieux. It also holds the concession for three commercial wharves and the slipway at La Roche-Jagu.

Boaters, whose mission is to offer secure berths and contracts tailored to their needs, with quality services and facilities.
Yachting and tourism professionals wishing to develop and expand their activities in Eskale d’Armor ports, or to set up partnerships.
Local authorities and elected representatives, both for projects aimed at developing the local maritime and tourist economy, by any means: setting up structuring and property projects, managing nautical centres, managing ports and mooring areas on behalf of local authorities.

The Eskale d’Armor teams are at the disposal of all the communes and conurbations of the Côtes d’Armor for all studies :

Enhancing the maritime destination of the Côtes d’Armor
Sustainable development, in particular by working to reduce the environmental impact of yachting activities. For this reason, it has embarked on a process aimed at obtaining “Clean Port” certification for all its ports over the next 3 years.

A word from the Chairman

You are looking at the new official Eskale d’Armor website. This young local public company, set up on the initiative of the Côtes d’Armor département and the town of Perros-Guirec, is gradually taking over the management of the département’s ports. It now manages 1,810 berths in the ports of Binic, Le Portrieux in Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Paimpol, Tréguier and Pontrieux.

But Eskale d’Armor’s missions go beyond being a port management tool: it is at the service of developing the maritime and tourist appeal of the whole of the Côtes d’Armor.
